How it all began...

My Mom, Katie Bell Nell (pictured at right) became a Real Estate Agent in 1973, and then in 1975 she got her Broker's License and opened Navy Realty, Inc. in the Warrington area of Pensacola in that same year.

I joined Navy Realty in 1980 after passing the Real Estate Exam. It was a tough time to become a realtor. Jimmy Carter was President of the United States and interest rates where at a high of 18%. I didn't last long because I had a young family to support, and sales were few and far between.  

I grew up in the construction business. My Father opened Southern Bell Electric in 1954. At age 6 he employed me to pull wires in attics and under houses because of my superior climbing abilities and due to the fact that I was cheap labor. I eventually managed his business.  I was a licensed Electrical Contractor in the State of Florida for many years. I opened Southern Dynamic Electric in 1988. I also managed a division for one of the largest Electrical Contractors in South Florida from 2000 to 2004. I retired from construction in 2004 due to personal medical issues. 

During the 1990's  I tried my hand at Sales and Marketing. I did well and managed to be among the top earners in two different telecommunications companies. I later was recruited for the position of V.P. of Sales and Marketing for a national company during the dotcom era in Columbia, South Carolina.

From the year 2004 forward to 2018 I continued to work in sales. I was looking for something that allowed more freedom of time and travel. I began thinking of Real Estate again because of the advancements in technology that would allow me to sell and travel while doing so. My Wife Wanda and I thought that returning to Real Estate would be a good Idea.

In the year 2018 I once again took the Real Estate Exam and passed it. I began working for a local Real Estate Agency that had a fantastic reputation. I was happy there until my son Ryan, got his Broker's license and decided to come home to Pensacola and open his own Brokerage. He asked me to join him, and I did for about 3 years. Ryan decided to join into a partnership with a local Realtor that he grew up with here in Pensacola. When he told me that he was moving on, I had a decision to make. Fortunately, I had gotten my Brokers license and decided to open Kinetic Real Estate Services. So, here I am, and I've assembled a wonderful team of professionals, and we are here to help you. Wanda and I now travel frequently and love spending time with our 4 children and their families. They have blessed us with 7 beautiful Grandchildren.

For seven years we had one grandson. We though that he would be our only grandchild because our children had decided not to have children. Our Heavenly FATHER had something different in mind, within 6 years we had six more grandchildren for a total of Seven, oh thank heaven. four boys and 3 precious girls.
